Escrow Protection
Your funds are held securely and only released upon successful completion of the session.
No-Show Policy
If a mentor fails to attend without prior notice, you are entitled to a full refund.
Quality Guarantee
If the session fundamentally fails to deliver the promised expertise, you may request a review.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are processed automatically to your Mentorfinders Wallet under the following circumstances:
- Mentor Cancellation: The mentor cancels the session prior to the scheduled time.
- Mentor No-Show: The mentor does not arrive within the 15-minute grace period.
- Rejected Request: The mentor declines your initial mentorship booking request.
2. Mentee Cancellations
If you (the mentee) cancel the session with at least 24 hours notice, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a penalty fee, at the discretion of the mentor's individual policy.
3. Dispute Resolution
If a session took place but you believe it violated our community guidelines or failed to deliver professional value, you must open a dispute within 48 hours. Our admin team will review chat logs, meeting records, and both parties' statements before issuing a final decision.
