Seaworthiness Engineer

Duties:
• LHD Seaworthiness by maintaining safety case according to DSwMS and N4 library requirement
• Reviewing TPCC to provide assurance in LHD maintenance from below the line, provide feedback in engineering change risk management
• Developing TRMS treatment plan
• LLC Shaft alignment process improvement, LLC Deck wastage limitation asset note update working with DAR and LR
• Help LHD Phase 6 team as a NA SME in tracking asset margins, i.e., weight, moment, stability, endurance

Achievements:
 Successfully drafted, monitored and proposed mitigation for 250+ Hazard Risk in LHD platforms
 Solved LLC shaft Alignment issue across platforms
 Obtained Asset note on LLC deck wastage allowance North Americal market
 NSM Employee of the month July 2021

Design Engineer

Duties:
• Project engineering and management of 8 Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIB) construction for the Royal Australian Navy, Subcontractor to Zodial Milpro and Serco.
• Preparation of production drawing, production scheduling, lean manufacturing, repair analysis, liaison with production, quality assurance and process improvement (Level 10), defect identification and repair
• Stakeholder management, procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, staffing, outfitting overseeing, attending LR surveyor for inspection, sea trial performance check, quality check
• Technical report, LR inspection document, control document, non-conformance report, manufacturing data report preparation
• Design and analysis of baffle in mould, multiphysics fluid interaction (Ansys), stiffness check, rotomoulding technique analysis, prototype rotomoulding, analysis and rotomoulder installation

Achievements:
 Design and set-up LR approved boat building facility
 Successfully delivered 7 RIBs that will be in service with RAN.
 Successfully manufactured 30+ 22.5 cubic meter dangerous good tanks liner for Europe and North Americal market
